Eagle Ridge Plat 2

The Johnston City Council approved the third reading of Ordinance 1072 on January 3rd, 2022 rezoning the westernmost 1.73-acres of Lot 1 Eagle Ridge Estates from C-2, Community Retail Commercial District to R-2, One and Two Family Residential District subject to restrictions set forth by a development agreement.  Homes by Advantage has submitted a preliminary plat depicting the subdivision of 3.5-acre Lot 1, Eagle Ridge Estates, into one commercial lot, one lot for single-family detached development and 6 lots for the development of bi-attached housing.
